3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btk88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

5.2

5.3

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the btk88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of btk88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of btk88.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, btk88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if btk88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;

Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to comply with the account security obligations set out in Section 3;

8.3

Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond btk88's reasonable control;

8.4

Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and financial risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btk88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
